Krystal Moen –Chief of Staff 

Ms Moen has extensive experience in the management field working as a finance manager for a local car dealer for the last 14 years.  During this time she also managed the new and used car inventory process for five locations in the Sioux Falls market. She  was the Excell Program facilitator, (“Exceed Customer’s Expectation Levels for Life”) which is a program designed for developing a relationship with the customer that goes beyond just the buying experience.

Ms Moen spent several years in the special education field before joining the car business.  She worked with behaviorally and emotionally disturbed children with the main objective to develop these students into self-sufficient, productive individuals and place them back into society.

Ms. Moen developed significant relationships with local and national financial institutions which improved business operations, sales, and processes.  She also possesses an extensive understanding of the educational development structure.  Her skills and knowledge of the financing and education industry provide a solid background for her role with Rawhide.

Ms Moen attended Augustana College for both graduate and undergraduate education along with finance school in League City, TX
