Jon Nelson – Development Team

Mr. Nelson is a founding member of Rawhide Management LLC. He is a stockholder and serves as a manager of Green Capital, LLC, a fund set up to finance renewable energy projects. His experience with ethanol goes back several years with personal investments made in ethanol plants located in South Dakota and western Kansas.

Mr. Nelson has been involved with the livestock industry his entire working life. He has practical experience feeding distillers grain in his own operation. This experience plus his knowledge of animal nutrition and husbandry gives him credibility with representatives of the livestock industry, the customer for distillers grain sales activities. Mr. Nelson has been a member of and involved in various community and agricultural organizations including South Dakota corn, beef, and pork organizations. Mr. Nelson graduated from South Dakota State University in 1985.
