Greg Braun – Controller

Mr. Braun has extensive experience with two Fortune 100 companies in accounting, internal consulting and MIS. Mr. Braun worked for Cargill Incorporated from 1976-1997, ConAgra Incorporated from 1997-2002 and Bankruptcy Trustee for a major feed manufacturer from 2002-present. He was accountable for all areas of management of the $200 million sales debtor with 150 employees, effectively replacing the CEO, CFO and Board of Directors while operating the corporation through its order liquidation. Mr. Braun has liquidated a barge company, including long-term leased equipment, rentals, property and employees. He negotiated an unlimited site license for the main transaction system of the ConAgra Trade Group. Mr. Braun also created the company’s first preventative maintenance system, servicing four inland facilities and two export elevators.
