Gary Mize - President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Mize has thirty-two years experience running commodity based trading and processing businesses. He views customer focus; price volatility/risk management; and supply chain management as critical drivers of value. Capital management, strategy development/deployment, financial management, team building, marketing and increasing stakeholder value are core to his experience and central themes in his management style. He views safety and environmental stewardship as operating mandates. His commodity trading background and experience have been critical in delivering maximum profitability at the businesses he has lead. He understands of the value of strong corporate governance having represented public companies to shareholders, creditors and the media.

Mr. Mize has held the following corporate leadership roles during his career: Global Chief Operating Officer of Noble Group, where market capitalization increased 4 fold during his 3 years of leadership; President of ConAgra Foods Grain Processing Group, where he managed the complete portfolio of the company.s grain processing businesses; President and Chief Executive Officer of ConAgra Malt, the worlds largest barley malt processor; and President of Cargill.s Worldwide Juice Division where he implemented a global strategy that lead to record earnings.

Having lived in Europe, Asia, North and South America, Mr. Mize has broad international experience.

Mr. Mize graduated from Michigan State University in 1973 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and received an Advanced Executive degree from Northwestern University in 1992.
