Mr. Hanigan advises clients regarding the legal issues associated with financing and operating renewable fuels manufacturing facilities and assists them with their various transactions. He previously practiced public accounting and served as tax counsel to United States Senator Charles E. Grassley. Mr. Hanigan is a frequent lecturer on topics in the renewable fuels industry.
