On the next few pages are the biographies of our development team, legal counsel, and accountant. After you have read these biographical sketches you will notice similarities but will also note our diversity. We believe this is one of our great strengths.

You will note that two members of our team are very experienced in developing ethanol plant sites. They have organized over 30 plants, literally from the ground up, over the past few years. One of these gentlemen was the CEO of a large regional seed concern for many years prior to becoming a consultant. Two of our team are former presidents of the National Corn Growers Association where they worked with the grassroots to build the ethanol industry we know today. Another member has experience with investments in local ethanol plants and excellent knowledge of livestock nutrition. We have two bankers that are very knowledgeable and skilled in the areas of equity and debt capital formation.

All of our team has extensive backgrounds in ethanol and agriculture. We each bring broad networks of contacts not only in these industries but also within government, Fortune 500 companies, and academia.

Our legal counsel and accountant are among the most experienced in the ethanol industry. Their counsel is invaluable as we move forward in this venture.
